Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at admin@thepomphouse.com. Once we receive your cancellation notice, we will refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase — at no additional cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
