What are the jewelry pieces made of?
We work with precious wood species, both solid wood and veneer. Every piece is carefully selected for its texture, color and the feeling it carries.
What is the veneer you use?
Veneer is a thin layer of natural wood, precisely cut from noble wood species. It allows us to work with fine textures, lightweight shapes and minimal material, without compromising on quality. Each piece remains 100% wooden, just lighter and more delicate.
They look fragile. Are they flexible?
Yes. Our veneer bending and bonding technique allows us to create structures that are lightweight yet durable, with a subtle sense of movement. This makes our jewelry comfortable to wear and stable over time.
Where do your materials come from?
The wood we use comes from FSC-certified suppliers, meaning its origin is traceable, responsibly sourced and aligned with the principles of sustainable forestry.
What finishes do you use? Are they safe?
We use two types of finishes:
A certified satin-finish lacquer that enhances the natural grain of the wood. It is skin-safe and protects the surface from moisture and wear.
A natural wax made of carnauba wax, beeswax and oils, which nourishes the wood and leaves a subtle scent of mint and pine.
Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Yes, but with care. Wood is a natural material. Avoid direct contact with water and do not wear it while showering or swimming. With proper care, your jewelry will age beautifully alongside you.
How should I care for the silver elements?
Clean them with a soft silver polishing cloth whenever you notice slight darkening. This will help maintain their shine over time.
Will my jewelry look exactly like the photos?
It will be similar, but never identical, and that is its true value. Every detail, texture, shape and finish is born differently each time. The wood grain is so naturally diverse that even two bracelets made from the same blank will look different, yet always unique.
I lost one of my earrings. Can you make a duplicate?
Unfortunately, we cannot recreate an identical duplicate. Each pair is handcrafted without templates and cannot be repeated exactly. However, we can transform your remaining earring into a pendant and create a new complementary pair for you.
Do you offer repairs or refreshing services?
Yes. You can send your jewelry to us for re-polishing, finish renewal or element replacement. Just write to us with a photo and we will take care of it.
Will my jewelry arrive in gift packaging?
Each piece comes in an elegant, recyclable box suitable for gifting. If you would like additional gift wrapping, simply leave a note with your order and we will be happy to prepare it. We can also add a personal message if you wish.
Do you offer refurbishing services?
Yes. We can refresh the finish, replace an element or restore your jewelry over time. Contact us and we will find a solution together.
How do I choose the right size?

What if I do not like it or it does not fit?
We have a clear return and exchange policy. Just write to us and we will assist you without stress.
Do you make custom jewelry?
Yes, we do. If you would like something special or personal, contact us and we will see what we can create for you.
If your size for a specific model is not available at the moment, we can custom craft it for you. This usually takes around 14 days, depending on our schedule.
Do you use sustainable materials?
Yes. We believe in responsible use of resources. We strive to use up to 99% of the material. The remaining pieces go into new designs, tags and small details.
